H-1B Cap Count: 25,300 Petitions
Friday, July 2nd, 2010USCIS updated its count of FY 2011 cap-subject H-1B petitions and advanced degree cap-exempt petitions receipted. As of 7/16/10, approximately 25,300 H-1B cap-subject petitions were receipted. USCIS has receipted 11,000 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees.
Previously, as of 07/02/10, approximately 24,200 H-1B cap-subject petitions and 10,400 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees were receipted.
